How Do I Update Cardo Firmware Update

The firmware is the software that runs your device. It contains information about how to use the device and how to interpret programming signals from the computer. The firmware is stored in the device itself, so you need to update it only when you have access to a computer with Internet access.

Choose anyone to update your Cardo device's firmware, follow these steps:

Turn on your Cardo device and wait for it to boot up.

Open a web browser on a computer with Internet access and enter the IP address of your device (if you know it). If you don't know its IP address, visit http://192.168.1.1/ in your web browser and find out what it is.

Enter 192.168.1.1 into a web browser on another computer with Internet access, and click "Go."

Find "Updates" in the left column of this page, then click on it below "System Firmware." You can also click on "System Tools" in the menu bar at the top of this page if you prefer using a different method to get there directly from here instead of going through multiple menus first by clicking through them one by one

1. Download the Cardo Firmware Update tool (V1.0) from our website here: Download Cardo Firmware Update Tool

2. Open the tool and click on “File” and select “Load Firmware”

3. Select the firmware that you would like to update and click on “OK” to save it to your computer

4. Turn on your device, press the volume up or down button, and then connect it to your computer using a USB cable

5. Go back to the Cardo Firmware Update tool and click on “Flash Now”, then follow the instructions in the pop-up window
